1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use 75bd1, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Access to or use of the platform by individuals who do not satisfy these requirements is strictly prohibited.

By creating an account on 75bd1, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Gambling is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
• You are registering and using the platform for personal recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.

2. Account Rules and Restrictions

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on 75bd1. The following restrictions apply to all registered accounts:

• Creating duplicate or multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly forbidden. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be permanently closed, and all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.
• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party. 75bd1 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your disclosure of account credentials.
• 75bd1 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts showing signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other form of manipulation will be suspended or permanently banned at 75bd1's sole discretion. Any winnings derived from such activities are void.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

75bd1 supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All monetary transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

Deposits

75bd1 currently accepts deposits through the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)
• All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 75bd1 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits (same bKash/Nagad/Rocket number or bank account). We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

75bd1 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules:

• Each bonus offer is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements (rollover), minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 75bd1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Abuse of the bonus system, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are non-transferable and have no cash value until the rollover requirement has been fully satisfied.

75bd1 is not responsible for any tax implications arising from bonus winnings. Players are solely responsible for any applicable taxes under Bangladeshi law.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 75bd1 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, sports betting markets, and virtual games — are subject to the following rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, ensuring each result is statistically independent and unpredictable. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are governed by the rules of the respective game provider.
• Sports betting odds and markets are set by 75bd1 at its sole discretion. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or obvious pricing mistake, 75bd1 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated betting software, exploitation of software bugs or glitches, or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

In cricket betting specifically, bets placed on matches or events that are later found to be subject to match-fixing or spot-fixing allegations may be voided at 75bd1's discretion. The integrity of the sport is paramount, and 75bd1 cooperates with relevant sporting bodies where applicable.

6. Responsible Gaming

75bd1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all users. Gambling should always remain a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a method of resolving personal debt. We actively encourage all players to:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bd1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, including sports betting losses on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or any other event.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, network outages, or any downtime of the platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you based on information, odds, statistics, or commentary published on the platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 75bd1 platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 75bd1 by contacting our support team. 75bd1 aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

11. Suspension and Termination

75bd1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to age verification failure, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 75bd1's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the account.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, the balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
